Welcome all to my first blog!

I am so excited to share some great information that can transform not only how you look but HOW YOU FEEL! How we feel on the inside determines our confidence level and is communicated non-verbally to others. So you can see how important it is to create an image that aligns our inner attitudes with our outer presence. One supports the other.

We don’t see ourselves as other people see us. We all have our blind spots. Some people dress impeccably well and have little inner presence. They are attractive but their lack of inner confidence and credibility doesn’t allow for a significant strategic presence.  And there are those of us who are very well accomplished and whose outer image is “lack luster”.

Creating harmony with the inner and outer self takes time and self-awareness.  They go hand in hand. .And sometimes we need help along the way. And that’s O.K. Creating a strategic image lays the foundation in your life for establishing inner confidence and influence leading to greater relationships in all areas of life.

Did you know that your fears, certain thoughts or actions, or even simple lack of image knowledge could be repelling your success in certain areas of your life?

What is your image saying about you?

Your image could be a great asset for you or a restraining liability.

Did you know that in most of your interpersonal interactions, 93% of your communication is non-verbal?

That means only 7% is verbal. Your words have so little impact compared to what you’re saying non-verbally!

Non-verbal communications include your:

  • wardrobe, style, and physical appearance
  • facial expressions
  • your body language including posture
  • physical movements

With that in mind, are you confident you know exactly how people are perceiving you and what kind of impact you have on them?

Your wardrobe enhances who you are.

When you go to a bookstore (or even on-line), the book cover that is illustrated well is enticing to the eye for us to take notice. Without covers, books all look exactly the same. If done right, your clothes are a part of you, correctly communicating who you are. They are not separate from you.

Sometimes people have the wrong idea about the clothes they wear. We all want to be accepted for who we are. But we live in a visual world and before someone gets to know us, they gather visual information about us.

What is your image saying about you? The way you present yourself has a bigger influence on what strangers think of you, more than ANY other factor. This is the secret of style. So it’s important to use this secret to dramatically increase your influence and attract success.

An action step that you can take right now:

I invite you to start finding the pieces in your closet that you know have a positive influence on people. Make note of their particular style, fit, color. See if you can find a common style or “fashion personality” in these pieces. This will give you a clearer idea of not only what looks good on you but how to move forward in creating a wardrobe that has significant influence in your life.

If you aren’t getting the results you want in your career, or your dating life, or even regarding your own self-confidence, you might want to consider how your image affects your personal and professional life.  Call and ask a trusted friend or………
